Spicy sausage stuffed mushrooms-  Three cheese blend, garlic, onion and fresh herbs with spicy sausage, stuffed in perfectly roasted baby bellas

 

Goat cheese bruschetta - Herbed goat cheese on toasted garlic crostini. Topped with seasoned tomatoes, balsamic glaze and fresh basil

Flatbread – Chicken Caesar, BBQ pork or short rib available

Biscuits- Choose buttermilk, garlic & cheddar or sweet potato. Served with whipped, flavored butter

Smoked chicken wings-mesquite smoked, crispy. Served with house made ranch

Empanadas- Assorted fillings, savory and sweet. Hand formed
 

Bourbon Meatballs- Tangy and sweet, served piping hot

White queso- Lone Star's own signature recipe. Available in original, HOT, "con carne" and chorizo

Sausage and peppers skewers- Texas smoked sausage, grilled peppers and onions on a skewer.

Flatbread-Barbecue chicken, chicken Caesar, pepperoni, pulled pork & pineapple, beef and cheddar      
 

Rosemary roast sliders- soft hoagie bread lightly toasted. Tangy aioli spread, rosemary roast, cheddar cheese and arugula.

Caprese Skewers – grape tomatoes, fresh basil, and whole milk mozzarella skewered and drizzled with vegan pesto (homemade), and extra virgin olive oil.
 

Spinach & Artichoke crostini- creamy, cheesy dip, spread on lightly toasted baguette rounds with melted cheese
